Application: Diesel Fuel Tanks, Oil and Water tanks.
These Handwheel Level Gauge Valves are used with our LG-LG-TUBE – Clear Polycarbonate Tubing (12x9mm). Typically 1x a Push Button Level Valve (LG-COCK-PUSH-08) is used at the bottom and the Handwheel Level Gauge is used at the top for setup. These setups are typically fitted on the side of the tank.
In South Africa it is compulsory for a Push Button Level Gauge (LG-COCK-PUSH-08) to be used (as per SAMSA) on all commercial vessels diesel and oil tank applications, unfortunately the Handwheel is not accepted.
Note, these valves can also be used with Glass Tubing, especially for hot liquid applications. We do not stock Glass Tubing but can source if needed.
